Our Admissions team is glad to offer phone and Zoom video appointments for families of admitted students in March 2024. Our Admissions staff can answer questions about our school or enrollment options, but specific questions about course and schedule arrangements should be directed to your student's Academic Advisor after enrolling. Advisors are assigned after enrollment, and families will receive an introduction email from your Advisor with instructions on next steps in the course and schedule process. Questions about payments, financial aid, or SUNet IDs can be directed to the departments shared on the OHS101 Contact Guide (login required, see login details from decision letter.) The financial aid office does not communicate by phone or video calls.Admitted Students and Families:Use the calendar below to reserve a time. Stanford OHS is able to dial international phone numbers. Zoom video calls are offered on Fridays, though it is possible with prior communication to convert phone appointments to a Zoom video call on other days depending on our schedule. All times listed are in Pacific/California time. A time zone converter can be helpful when determining your availability. If you wish to request an appointment outside of these offered times, email our Admissions Office at ohsadmissions@stanford.edu. When requesting a new time, suggest 2-3 different dates and times when you are available, and what format (phone or Zoom) you prefer. We will do our best to coordinate our schedule to speak with you.Prospective Students and Families: We will offer phone and Zoom appointments for prospective families beginning in June 2024. Appointments reserved by a prospective families in March will be cancelled, and families are encouraged to email, or plan for an appointment in the summer.
