Admitted Students and Families: Congratulations on your offer of admission from Stanford OHS! 
We are excited to speak with your family and help answer questions about enrollment steps or options. You will find the appointments labeled as Admitted Student appointments below. 

Use the calendar below to reserve a time to speak with an Admissions staff member. All times listed are in Pacific/California time, and a time zone converter can be helpful when determining your availability. Zoom video calls are offered on Thursdays and Fridays, though with prior communication it is possible to change phone calls to a Zoom video call on other weekdays depending on our schedule. We send a confirmation email after registration, and a reminder email before your appointment.

To request an appointment other than the times offered on the calendar below, email our Admissions Office and provide 2-3 different dates and times when you are available, and what format (phone or Zoom) you prefer. We will do our best to coordinate our schedule with yours.

• Financial aid questions? Our Admissions staff can only answer general questions about applying for financial aid. For specific questions about financial aid, email the Office of Financial Aid at ohsfinancialaid@stanford.edu. Please note, the Office of Financial Aid does not communicate by phone or video calls.
• Specific course or schedule questions? Our Admissions staff can only answer general questions about course prerequisites, placement assessments, or course options. Specific questions about courses and schedule options should be directed to your student's Academic Advisor after enrolling at Stanford OHS.
• Questions about payments or the enrollment agreement forms? These questions should be directed to the departments shared on the OHS101 website, on the Contact Guide page (login required, see password details from your decision letter.) Our Admissions staff will do our best to help answer questions in these areas, but may need the Registrar's Office staff to resolve more technical questions.

Our Office of Admissions is glad to offer phone and Zoom video appointments to speak with prospective families. Our Admissions staff answer questions about our school, admissions process, student support resources, or enrollment options, as well as general questions about courses and scheduling. These appointments are not admissions interviews, but a chance for your family to ask questions directly to our Admissions Office staff.

All appointments between March 18-30, 2026 are reserved for Admitted Students and their families. We will welcome appointments for prospective families later this spring and summer. Appointments scheduled by non-verified parties will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding!
