Our Office of Admissions is glad to offer phone and Zoom video appointments to speak with prospective families. Our Admissions staff answer questions about our school, admissions process, student support resources, or enrollment options, as well as general questions about courses and scheduling.

Use the calendar below to reserve a time to speak with an Admissions staff member. All times listed are in Pacific/California time. A time zone converter can be helpful when determining your availability. Zoom video calls are offered on Fridays, though with prior communication it is possible to change phone calls to a Zoom video call on other weekdays depending on our schedule. We send a confirmation email after registration, and a reminder email before your appointment.

To request an appointment other than the offered times, email our Admissions Office and provide 2-3 different dates and times when you are available, and what format (phone or Zoom) you prefer. We will do our best to coordinate our schedule with yours.
